The Salon Manager’s responsibilities include:
– Providing great haircuts and customer-service
– Recruiting new hires, developing existing staff
– Setting goals and communicating expectations to allstylists
– Organizing salon meetings and encouraging teamwork
– Growing salon business and monitoring results
Qualifications Required:
– Valid NJ cosmetology license
– 3+ years of prior salon experience
– Dedication to great customer service
– Ability to efficiently resolve customer issues
– Ability to provide good haircuts and overseestylists’ cutting skills
– Ability to recruit, train, develop and motivatesalon staff
