Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Nail Technician:
Perform manicures, pedicures, Russian manicures, gel nails, and extensions according to client preferences and industry standards.
Assess the condition of clients’ nails and provide appropriate treatments and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following strict hygiene practices and sterilization protocols.
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail care industry.
Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
Lash Artist:
Apply eyelash extensions, ranging from classic to mega volume, to create natural-looking lashes.
Assess clients’ natural lashes and recommend suitable extension styles.
Ensure proper application techniques, adhesive usage, and lash isolation for safe and long-lasting results.
Keep up-to-date with the latest lash extension trends, products, and application methods.
Eyebrow Technician:
Provide eyebrow services such as shaping, waxing, tinting, and lamination to enhance clients’ eyebrows.
Assess clients’ facial features and preferences to recommend suitable eyebrow treatments.
Stay knowledgeable about the latest eyebrow trends, products, and techniques.
Esthetician:
Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, and other advanced treatments.
Assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare routines.
Stay updated on the latest skincare products, techniques, and advancements in the industry.
Maintain a portfolio showcasing your expertise and results.
Requirements:
Relevant certifications and licenses in the respective beauty fields.
Proven experience in delivering high-quality services and maintaining client satisfaction.
Strong technical skills in the specified areas (nail care, lash extensions, eyebrow services, skincare).
Knowledge of current trends, techniques, and products related to each specialty.
